Forty hadiths on the virtue of charity
On the authority of Shaddad Ibn Aws, he said:
I heard the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, say
Whoever sees an insolvent person or gives charity to him
God will cause him to go astray in His shadow on the Day of Resurrection
Narrated by Al-Tabarani and authenticated by Al-Albani
And he said: “Whoever looks on is insolvent.”
That is, wait for it and increase the term for it
Or ratify it
Any waiver of his right
God will cause him to go astray in His shadow on the Day of Resurrection
That is, God Almighty will keep him in the shadow of the Throne on the Day of Resurrection
