Types of men in the hadith of Umm Zara’
Hitting a woman has a reaction
In the previous talk, I discussed the first point related to multiplication
It is the legitimacy of hitting, but it is preferable to avoid it
Now for the second point
When spanking is an educational means
Multiplication is an educational method
The Qur’an stipulates it in treating a disobedient wife
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, stipulated it

This beating is of no use unless it is
According to the legal conditions in how to multiply

No benefit is expected from it
Rather, what is expected is the woman's reaction

Muslim said Al-Nawawi, may God have mercy on him

And animals, even if it is permissible for good manners
So leaving it is better
As for the woman’s reaction to this good husband
In two cases
The first is if she is righteous and sane
Fear God Almighty
She is expected to come back to her senses
She obeys her husband and abandons disobedience
The second is to continue in disobedience
Even with the beating
This may be for two reasons
The first reason is that she hates him
Forced to stay with him
Pressured on her by those around her
From her family and friends
She was oppressed and had no one to stand with her
Although Sharia law gives her the right to divorce
So she ransomes herself for what he gave her
From dowry and remove herself
As in the story of Thabit bin Qais’ woman
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both
He said that the wife of Thabit bin Qais came
To the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
She said, O Messenger of God
I don't blame Thabet
In religion and morals
But I can't stand it
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
So you give him a garden
She said yes. Narrated by Al-Bukhari
If the woman has reasons
Legitimacy of divorce
She may request to remove herself
A rational man must accept the ransom from her
He does not force her into a life she does not want
The second reason is to be a woman

This is between man and God
What immorality is permissible for a man?
To force her to ask for divorce
And return the dowry
Ibn Jarir, may God have mercy on him, said
The first thing that was said about the interpretation of his saying

But the fear is what this woman's reaction will be

And the call to adhere to what came from the West

Muhammad Rashid Reda, may God have mercy on him, said
Some imitators of the Frankish are arrogant
