Stories of the Prophets, Stories of the Prophets, peace be upon them God's prayers are followed by peace For the best of all creation Those with determination have high standing The story of Moses, peace be upon him In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad And upon all his family and companions And after Moses, peace be upon him, continued to invite the children of Israel He urged them to be patient and steadfast until God removes the affliction from them And on the other side Pharaoh used to inflict severe punishment on them And he uses them to make pulp To build Coptic homes and palaces They are asked to make a certain amount every day If they do not do what is required of them They were beaten and insulted to the point of humiliation They were hurt extremely badly Pharaoh also killed those of his Coptic people who abandoned his worship Even if he was one of his close ones The same happened with his wife Asiya bint Muzahim And his daughter did not neglect And an attempt to kill the faithful man who was among his entourage Had God not saved him from it Pharaoh was hesitant to kill Moses and his brother Aaron, peace be upon them Sometimes he advances and sometimes he refrains May God Almighty protect them from Pharaoh and his oppression In the midst of this charged atmosphere Where disbelief persists in faith God Almighty was sending signs to Pharaoh and his people Perhaps they will learn from it Or they fear God's oppression and punishment As God Almighty said We do not send signs except in fear But those verses did not help them They were as God said We fear them, but it only increases their tyranny God continued the verses upon them So he took them by the years These are years of drought Where crops are not exploited and udders are not benefited from They suffered from a shortage of fruits It is the lack of fruits from trees He did not benefit and did not care Rather, they rebelled and continued their disbelief and stubbornness If good comes to them It is fertility and the like They told us this That is, this is what we deserve and this is what suits us Even if bad befalls them They accuse Moses and those with him And they say With their misfortune, this has befallen us Then God sent a flood upon them It rained day and night Eight days and nights They do not see the sun or the moon The people screamed and ran to Pharaoh They were afraid of drowning So Pharaoh sent to Moses, peace be upon him He came to him And he said Oh Moses Reveal this to us So we will believe in you and send the children of Israel with you So Moses called upon his Lord So the sky took off And the earth dried It grew from pasture and crops The likes of which they had never seen in Egypt And they said No, I swear We don't believe you We will not send the children of Israel with you We were horrified by something It was good for us So they broke and disobeyed So God sent locusts upon them So he ate what the earth grew The locusts remained on them for eight days and nights They don't see the ground And the locusts rode one cubit on one another Even if it eats the nails of iron doors Their homes and dwellings will fall upon them So the people of Egypt cried out to Pharaoh So he sent to Moses And he said to him the same as what he said at the time of the flood He promised to believe in him and sent the children of Israel with him So Moses, peace be upon him, called upon his Lord Then God Almighty sent a strong wind So she endured the locusts and threw them into the sea There were no locusts left on the earth So the people of Egypt looked So, they are left with those who planted them and their agents That is enough for them And they said We have enough left for this year No, by God, we do not believe in you, nor will we send the Children of Israel with you So God sent lice on them It was said that it is the weevils that emerge from wheat It was said that it was fleas So he entered the houses and furnishings with them No decision was made for them They could not sleep with him or live So they cried out to Pharaoh So he sent to Moses and said Reveal this lice for us So we will believe in you and send the children of Israel with you So Moses called upon his Lord So the lice died Not a single one of it remained When the people looked They saw that they had nothing left to live with They said O Moses, can your Lord do worse to us than He did? By God, we do not believe you We will not send the Children of Israel with you So God sent frogs to them So it crawled in their land and homes And their chambers and the backs of their houses Until it made the man wake up with countless of them I filled them with food and utensils None of them revealed any clothing or food Except he found frogs in it Even if one of them opens his mouth for food or drink One of those frogs fell into his mouth So they cried out to Pharaoh So he sent to Moses He came to him And he said Pray for us, your Lord May these frogs be destroyed from our land We will believe in you and send the children of Israel with you So Moses called upon his Lord So he removed the frogs from their land and killed them Then he sent his rain So he carried it and threw it into the sea And they said No, I swear We will not believe in you, nor will we send the Children of Israel with you So God sent blood on them Their rivers gushed blood They were not able to get water The rivers of the children of Israel flowed with good, fresh water If a man from the family of Pharaoh entered the rivers of the children of Israel There was blood in it The water in front of him and behind him is clear and fresh He can't do anything about it They stayed here for eight days and nights without tasting water Until they reached the effort So the people of Egypt went to Pharaoh We have perished, as have our animals and what we have shed from thirst So Pharaoh sent to Moses and summoned him And he said Oh Moses Pray for us that your Lord will reveal this blood to us We give you our charters We will believe in you and we will send the Children of Israel with you So Moses called upon his Lord So he revealed it to them So they drank water Then they returned to their disbelief and said By God, we do not believe you We will not send the Children of Israel with you All of these verses It was just coming down on them The children of Israel had nothing to do with that This is quite a wonderful miracle And the conclusive argument Then God inflicted punishment on them It is the plague It is the sixth torment after the previous five verses Seventy thousand of them died in one day They went to bed and they were not burying each other So they cried out to Pharaoh So he called Moses and said to him Oh Moses Pray for us to your Lord for what He has promised you regarding the answer to your prayer Because this shame was revealed to us We will believe in you And we will send the Children of Israel with you So Moses, peace be upon him, called upon his Lord So he removed it from them for a specific period So they break the covenant So God took revenge on them and drowned them in the sea He will also come with us, God willing This is because they were denying the signs of God And they turned away from it God Almighty said We sent Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his chiefs He said, “I am the Messenger of the Lord of the Worlds.” When He brought them Our signs, they laughed at them We do not see any sign except that it is greater than its sister And We seized them with torment so that they might return And they said, O magician, invoke your Lord for us according to what He has covenanted with you. Indeed, we will be guided When We removed the torment from them, behold, they reneged These verses from God Almighty were detailed Its details are that each torment lasts a week Between every two torments, there is a month Perhaps they should review themselves and consider When that was not the case with them The word of torment fell upon them God Almighty said And We certainly afflicted Pharaoh's family with years and a shortage of fruits, so that they might remember When good comes to them, they say this to us And if an evil befalls them, they will blame Moses and those with him Indeed, their bird is with God, but most of them do not know And they said, “No matter what sign you bring us to enchant us with, we are not believers in your name.” So We sent upon them the flood and the locusts and the lice and the frogs and blood as clear signs, but they were arrogant and were a criminal people. And when the calamity befell them, they said, “O Moses, pray to your Lord for us according to what He has covenanted with you.” If you remove the punishment from us, we will believe in you and send the Children of Israel with you When We removed from them the punishment for a term they had fulfilled, behold, they renounced it So We took revenge on them and drowned them in the sea because they denied Our signs and were heedless of them So We sent to them to command the children of Israel to prepare to leave Egypt And walk to the land of Jerusalem, their original lands, the lands of their ancestors So Moses ordered them to prepare and prepare secretly and to be careful that no one noticed them God Almighty inspired Moses, peace be upon him, to leave Egypt and head toward the sea So Moses went out with them at the beginning of the night, as God had commanded him The children of Israel had borrowed a lot of jewelry from Pharaoh's people to celebrate their holiday So they took the gold with them, and when they left home, Moses lost his way He said to the children of Israel, “What is this?” The scholars of the Children of Israel said to him, “We are telling you that when death approached Joseph, peace be upon him.” He took a pledge from God that we would not leave Egypt until we transported his ark with us Moses said to them, “Which of you knows where Joseph’s grave is?” They said, “No one knows its location except an old man among us.” So he sent for her and said to her, “Show me to Joseph’s grave.” She said, “By God, I will not do it until you give me my ruling.” He said to her: What is your ruling? She said my rule is to be with you in heaven It was as if he was burdened by that He was told to give her her ruling, so he gave it to her He said, “So I went with them to a lake, that is, a swamp of water.” She told them to drain this water When they were exhausted, she said, “Dig here.” When they dug, they extracted the coffin of Joseph, peace be upon him When they had endured, the road was like daylight So Moses, peace be upon him, went with them They were 600 thousand souls When Pharaoh's people became They were surprised by the progress of the children of Israel There is no one to support or respond to their club This angered Pharaoh His anger at them intensified He wanted to kill them and Moses with them So he quickly sent someone to gather soldiers in his country He collects it from every village and city under his authority Hundreds of thousands gathered for him They are the outcome of every soldier And he called out to them It was the children of Israel who fled with Moses A despicable sect with few numbers And they fill our chests with joy Where they violated our religion They left without our permission We are all alert and ready for them Pharaoh came out with a great force and a large crowd And with him are the people of power and authority, including princes and ministers And the elders, the presidents, and the soldiers They reached them at sunrise When Pharaoh and his people met with Moses and his people So that each team saw the other team Musa's companions said after they reached the seashore Pharaoh and his people will catch up with us We have no power over them Moses, peace be upon him, said to them Nope Nothing you warn will reach you It is God Almighty who commanded me to walk with you here He does not break his promise Aaron, peace be upon him, was in the forefront And with him was Joshua bin Nun And a believer in the family of Pharaoh and Moses, peace be upon him In the leg That is, in the back When they reached the sea They stood there not knowing what they were doing And the believer of Pharaoh’s family said to Moses, peace be upon him O Prophet of God Here God commanded you to walk He says yes Pharaoh and his soldiers approached There was only a little left Then God commanded His Prophet Moses to strike the sea with his staff So he hit him And he said It broke, God willing Then the sea parted Every side of it became like a large mountain The sea became twelve paths Each tribe has a path So Moses, peace be upon him, ordered them to walk on these roads And he became at the sides of the sea Such as windows and windows They look at each other So that they would not think that they had perished God sent the wind to the bottom of the sea and it blew And it became dry roads like the face of the earth I crossed the Banu Isra to the sea When the last of them came out of it Moses, peace be upon him, wanted to hit the sea with his staff To go back to how it was Pharaoh and his army would not pursue him And God said to him Leave the sea alone That is, silent Pharaoh and his soldiers are drowning Pharaoh arrived with his soldiers To the edge of the sea on the other side When he saw the sea in this state He aura and refrained He gave him an illusion of returning But that's not it Destiny has run out And it was done So he flogged his princes And he told them The children of Israel have no more right to the sea than us So they all stormed in from the last When they entered into it and completed each other Almighty God commanded the sea to crash upon them He crashed into them None of them survived And the waves raised and lowered them And the children of Israel watched The waves piled up over Pharaoh And he was overcome by the throes of death He said it was like that I believed that there is no god except the one in whom the children of Israel believed I am a Muslim So he believed where faith did not benefit him Gabriel, peace be upon him, was monitoring the situation When he saw Pharaoh uttering these words Taken from sea clay So he started putting it in his mouth Fearing that mercy would reach him God Almighty said And We revealed to Moses, “Be pleased with My servants. You will be followed.” So Pharaoh sent envoys to the cities These are a small group And they are angry with us We are all wary So We brought them out of gardens and springs Treasures and a noble position Likewise, We made it an inheritance from the Children of Israel So they followed them shining When the two crowds saw, Musa’s companions said, “Indeed, we will overtake each other.” He said, “No, my Lord is with me. He will guide me.” So We revealed to Moses: “The land of the Lord, your staff is the sea.” Then it split, and each part was like a great mountain We removed and then others And We saved Moses and all those with him Then we drowned the others This is how God destroyed the tyrant Pharaoh He destroyed his soldiers, ministers, and aides And God saved the oppressed people And God healed the breasts of a believing people They are looking at the destruction of the unjust people But some of the children of Israel They did not believe in the death of Pharaoh As if they were too afraid of him They see that someone like him does not die So God Almighty commanded the sea to cast him with his body without a soul And he wears his known shield On a high place on the ground To look at him and verify his death and destruction The destruction of Pharaoh and his power occurred on the day of Ashura On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, presented Medina The Jews fast on Ashura He asked them and they said This is the day on which Moses appeared to Pharaoh The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to his companions You are more worthy of Moses than them, so fast Narrated by Al-Bukhari The rest of the talk, God willing And God knows best Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds May God bless and grant peace to our Prophet Muhammad And upon all his family and companions
