When the hoopoe said to the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him
I have come to you from Sheba with certain news

And he said
I found a woman who owned them and was given everything
And she has a great throne
Abu Zahra, may God have mercy on him, said
News is great news of far-reaching importance
He is certain in his knowledge
He taught him by eye, witness and presence
The serious news is the great matter

That is, her people gave her all the reasons for ruling through submission, obedience, and submission
What made her their queen
And in this kingdom she has a great throne
Splendid and splendid
And a feeling of the greatness of the Sultan
This is what God Almighty says in the words of the hoopoe

To indicate that their submission to it is like the submission of slaves to those who own them

This indicates that her people gave her their orders

Man has lived it since the creation of Adam

He knew man by nature
That women are weak in character
And these men you rule have said about themselves
We are powerful and mighty
The hoopoe had the right to denounce what he saw
Abdul Aziz Al-Tarifi said
The hoopoe denounced what he saw of the people of Sheba and their queen
He mentioned what was not customary
It is the kingdom of women over people and countries
In this, the nature of animals and humans
It was made for men to rule
The sovereignty of countries and the politics of people
This is what the hoopoe denounced
All the nation's jurists agreed with it
They said that it is forbidden for a woman to assume the great imamate
Any position of ruler in any country
Al-Baghawi, may God have mercy on him, said
They agreed that a woman is not fit to be an imam or a judge
Because the imam needs to go out to establish the command of jihad
And doing the things of Muslims
The judge needs to emerge to settle disputes
A woman is naked and not fit to be seen
Due to her weakness, she is unable to do most things
The jurists relied on this ruling
It is the hadith narrated by Al-Bukhari in his Sahih
On the authority of Abu Bakra, he said:
God benefited me with a word I heard from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
After I wanted to join the people of the camel and fight with them

The people of Persia took over Bint Kasra
He said
No people will succeed if they are led by a woman
Al-Khattabi, may God have mercy on him, said
There is knowledge in it
Women are not entitled to leadership or judgment among the people
Ibn Qudamah Al-Maqdisi, may God have mercy on him, said
It is not suitable for the great Imamate or for taking charge of countries
That is why the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not turn away
Nor did any of his successors or those after them
A woman judiciary or guardian of a country
As we have reached
Even if that is permissible
Not all times have been devoid of it
Abu Al-Walid Al-Baji, may God have mercy on him, said
For me, the work of Muslims from the time of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, is sufficient in this regard
We do not know that he came to do so during a hurricane era
There is no woman in any country
Also, no woman was presented as the Imamate
God knows best and is wisest
The scholars did not rely solely on the previous hadith
In preventing women from assuming the position of governor
But there is other evidence on which they relied
Including the words of God Almighty
And stay in your homes and do not display yourself as you did in the pre-Islamic era
The decision is at home
It is God's choice for women
Although God Almighty did not prohibit her from leaving the house to fulfill her needs
But the original decision is at home
Do not go out unnecessarily
The decision is at home
It brings true meaning to it
For psychological stability
It helps her to do the job that suits her nature that God created her with
It is raising children
Producing a good generation that benefits the nation
This is one of the greatest doors to good deeds for women
Which is rewarded for her during her life and after her death
This education is not achieved when women go out frequently and are busy with people
And carrying out the duties of a ruler
And you see the employee today
How could she neglect her children, her husband, and her home?
It works in one field
So what about someone who wants to manage an entire nation?
It is also evidence cited by scholars
To prevent women from assuming the position of governor
God Almighty said
Men are guardians of women because God has favored some of them over others
Ibn al-Arabi, may God have mercy on him, said
It is said that there are textures and values
It is effective and effective for those who rise
The meaning is that he is responsible for her and takes care of her affairs and fixes her condition
Ibn Abbas said this
God made the man superior to the woman
He takes care of her affairs and manages her affairs
Ibn Kathir, may God have mercy on him, said
God Almighty says
Men are guardians of women
That is, a man is more valuable than a woman
That is, he is its president and chief
And the one who judges it and corrects it if it becomes crooked
Because God has favored some of them over others
That is, because men are better than women
A man is better than a woman
That is why prophecy was specific to men
And so is the Greatest King
According to what he, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
No people will succeed if they are led by a woman
Narrated by Al-Bukhari
Women do not hold the position of government
Because there is great guardianship over men and women
This contradicts what God stated in this verse
One of the evidence is that women are prevented from assuming the position of government
It is throughout human history and up to the present day
Only a very few women held this position
Which shows the lack of ability and psychological, physical and intellectual readiness for this position
She cannot be able to hold this position
Then the history of humanity as a whole does not prove this
As for the models mentioned in history and at the present time
They are very rare models
It cannot be compared to the large number of men who have held this position throughout human history
The rare has no rule, but the majority rules
On the other hand, the farmer cannot be proven for these experiments in which women ruled
Except for a comprehensive study of people’s conditions in all aspects before and after its rule
Even if there is success in what appears to people
Perhaps we have overlooked the extent of the failure that could have been realized if a man who ruled the people had taken charge
But what has settled in our souls is the truthfulness of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, when he said
No people will succeed if they are led by a woman
It is one of the revelations of God, the All-Knowing, the All-Aware, Glory be to Him, of all people’s conditions
Its past, present and future
Then the nation's scholars agreed to prevent women from assuming the position of government
It makes us walk in their shoes, as they are the people of knowledge to whom we refer when we disagree
As for what the West is trying to spread among people through these international agreements
and international conventions
Obliging people to do it and making it the reference that governs people
This is false and contrary to Sharia law
It is surprising that some people believe in words issued by infidels and adhere to them
They abandon the words that came down from heaven
The best of human beings is our Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace
This is what the hoopoe denounced to the people of Yemen
From a woman taking over men who claim to be powerful
And they are very strong
But is this only what the hoopoe denounced them?
Or is there something worse than his crime that he denies to them?
