Forty hadiths on the virtue of charity
On the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, may God be pleased with him
On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said
Every loan is a charity
Narrated by Al-Tabarani
It was classed as hasan by Al-Albani
In a narration he said:
Whoever lends a Muslim a dirham twice
It was like a time for charity
Al-Shawkani, may God have mercy on him, said
There is evidence that one loaned something twice
It takes the place of giving charity once
