God Almighty said
So they fled to God
One of the meanings of fleeing to God
Fleeing from the servitude of other than God to his servitude
From loving others to loving Him
And from fearing, hoping for, and trusting in others
To his fear, hope, and trust in Him
By supplicating to others, submitting to Him, and submitting to Him
To his supplication, submission to him, and submission to him
