Orchard Al-Huda
God Almighty said
And those who are patient seek the face of their Lord and establish prayer
And they spent from what We provided them, secretly and openly
And they ward off evil with good: for them is the punishment of the abode
They enter the Garden of Eden
And those who are righteous among their fathers, spouses, and offspring
And the angels enter every door
Peace be upon you, for what you have been patient with, what a good punishment is the abode
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him
Know that there is much good in being patient with what you hate
Victory comes with patience, and relief comes with distress
And with hardship comes ease
Narrated by Ahmed Fadah
Al-Fudayl bin Iyad, may God have mercy on him, said in the Almighty’s saying:
Peace be upon you, for what you have been patient with, what a good punishment is the abode
He said: Be patient in what they were commanded to do and be patient in what they prohibited
