The story of the Queen of Sheba Rather, you will rejoice with your gift The Queen of Sheba made a mistake in her decision When she decided to give the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him, a gift to win his heart The one who is attached to this world does not know the psychology of the one who is attached to the afterlife Like the Prophet of God, Solomon, peace be upon him He is never tempted by money But the Queen of Sheba I dealt with the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him, with the nature of kings Those who are tempted by money They rejoice in it and what is given to them It affects their decisions Because it is the ultimate hope of many kings and leaders He collects money Except those whom God has mercy on and guides to the straight path The Queen of Sheba wanted to know the nature of God’s Prophet Solomon, peace be upon him Is he a king like the kings of the world who love money? Or is he a sent prophet? But they are errors of the method in knowing the great qualities of God’s Prophet Solomon, peace be upon him When we want to know the facts of men Let's look at their logic and what they say It is evidence of their level of reason and thinking The manifestations of greatness that some men display in their appearance and clothing The way they walk and move Underneath may be hidden empty minds and trivial preoccupations One cannot rely on knowing men based on their appearance alone This is Rustam, the commander of the Persians He blames his companions when they looked at Rab’i bin Amer They evaluated him by his clothing and appearance Rustam replied to them by saying: Don't look at his appearance, look at his logic Some men if you see them You were intimidated by them If they speak and speak, they will fall from the eyes of rational people Because of the futility of their minds Banality has dominated the lives of many affluent people Position holders and leaders This is the case with many kings throughout history This is what the Queen of Sheba herself lived She was busy decorating her throne and taking care of it The hoopoe even described it as a great throne She thought that the Prophet of God was Solomon, peace be upon him Of this type of kings So she sent him a gift that was great in her eyes and in the eyes of the people of the world The Prophet of God, Solomon, peace be upon him, denounced it This behavior is from the Queen of Sheba He got angry and said Provide me with money What God has given me is better than what He has given you Rather, you will rejoice with your gift He faced the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him The Queen of Sheba's gift includes three things The first is to denounce the gift in exchange for their call to Islam The second is a mention of God’s blessing upon him with the religion, prophecy, and wisdom He gave him And subjugating the jinn and birds to him And knowing the logic of birds This is much greater than the gift of the Queen of Sheba The third shows who would like such gifts And it is not his morals Rather, it is their morals because they are accustomed to them Al-Qushayri, may God have mercy on him, said Are you offering me money? Is someone like me attracted to such actions? You and people like you are treated the same way you were treated Al-Baghawi, may God have mercy on him, said What God gave us of prophecy, religion, wisdom, and kingdom Better and better than what He has given you Rather, you will rejoice with your gift Because you are people who brag about this world and take pride in it You rejoice in giving gifts to one another As for me I do not rejoice in it, and the world is not what I need Because God Almighty has enabled me to do so He gave me what he did not give to anyone else Yet he honored me with religion and prophethood Al-Razi, may God have mercy on him, said With these words, he showed his lack of interest in that money The Prophet of God, Solomon, peace be upon him, knew the reason for sending the gift This dissuaded him from his intention to conquer their country and invite them to Islam He did not accept the gift After looking into knowing the reason why people give money and wealth, it is appropriate For scholars, preachers and reformers It is very important Because the meaning to them may be far away The scholar or preacher would not notice it if he looked at the matter superficially Or he justified himself in accepting the Sultan's gifts This is what scholars, preachers, and reformers should do It is refraining from accepting any gift or gift Maybe one day you will become famous in their religion And asceticism in what people have And turn to God to ask for what they need His gifts never cease from His servants And He provides for them from where they do not expect The unjust ruler is at all times He confronts scholars and preachers to prevent them from calling to God and spreading knowledge Guiding people and telling the truth in two ways The first way Silencing them with gifts, money and gifts And involve them in all his events, parties and receptions The second way Restricting, persecuting, and imprisoning them And prevent them from educating people in any way Changing names does not substitute anything for the truth The Queen of Sheba said: And I am sending them a gift Did you send a gift or a bribe? Luring people with money is both right and wrong As for enticing the infidel with money to convert to Islam and abandon disbelief This is a right permitted by Islam He made it a type of zakat As in the Almighty’s saying Alms are for the poor and needy And those who work on it and whose hearts are reconciled And in the freeing of slaves and debtors For the sake of God and on the way A blessing from God And God is All-Knowing, All-Wise This type of grooming and similar It is not in the interest of those who lure him with money But it is the luck of the one who was given the money To adhere to the truth and adhere to it Or enter into the religion of God Or adhere to Islam As was the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace It consists of Aslam in the conquest of Mecca By giving them spoils to support Islam As for forbidden grooming It is for the benefit of someone instead of money To get what he has no right to Or to exceed it in a right owed to him Or to oppress others or something like that This is forbidden bribery Even if it is called a gift Most of the gifts of sultans, kings and leaders She is from this section Either to silence poets or preachers Or to create bad scientists To make lawful for them what God has forbidden to them Or to correct their actions Even if it violates Sharia law A gift is originally desirable The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said Calm down, love each other Narrated by Al-Bukhari in Al-Adab Al-Mufrad The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace He accepts the gift It is a good deed among Muslims If they seek the face of God Almighty with it But if the gift is for someone other than God Or it was to prevent the establishment of God's law Or prevent a person from obeying God Or it was for a prohibited purpose Such as relationships between boys and girls And giving flowers and other things on Valentine’s Day, as they claim Or elsewhere This is one of the forbidden gifts And what the Queen of Sheba sent It is of this kind that is forbidden She wanted to prevent the Prophet of God, Solomon, peace be upon him Who conquered their country and brought them into the religion of God And they came under his rule And the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him He does it for God And to spread the religion of God May the word of God rise above the earth And to save them from worshiping the sun to worshiping the One Almighty God Let people surrender to the Lord of the Worlds To prevent this great goal with gifts and money Rather, it is a barrier from the path of God Therefore, the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him, did not accept it He said, "Go back to them." Let us bring them forces against which they cannot defeat And We will certainly bring them out of it humiliated while they are humiliated The response was firm By fighting the people of the Kingdom of Sheba And bring them into the religion of God Almighty And keep them away from worshiping other than God Saving them from eternity in hell This is a form of jihad for the sake of God When the news reached the Queen of Sheba I submitted to the command of the Prophet of God, Solomon, peace be upon him She and the nobles of her people went out To the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him To come under his rule voluntarily We protected the blood of its people from flowing in the streets This shows the soundness of her mind To protect her people from entering into a losing war By all standards There is no shame in her surrendering to the truth Submitting to the truth Better than persisting in falsehood This is what every rational person should do To submit to the truth if it becomes clear to him He avoids getting into fights Useless words or arguments To prove his opinion It became clear to him that the truth was with others It's a waste of time and effort In pointless battles A kind of foolishness that does not befit the mind This is what the Queen of Sheba did It reduced the time and method After she realized what she did wrong So she went by herself To the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him Surrender to the truth But what happened in her kingdom? She is on her way To the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him We will continue in the next meeting, God willing Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds The story of the Queen of Sheba With the Prophet of God Solomon, peace be upon him
